Brian M. Celeste is a Managing Consultant with Barba Consulting.  Mr. Celeste has over 8 years experience in project management, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, schedule delay and disruption analysis, and construction claims analysis and dispute resolution.  He specializes in the analysis of multi-million dollar construction claims involving infrastructure, industrial, residential, commercial, and government projects. His responsibilities on these assignments include the review and analysis of project documentation and data, the preparation of as-planned and as-built schedules, the review of schedule updates and reports, and the preparation and review of schedule delay, loss of productivity, and technical issue analyses. Brian also has extensive experience in providing litigation support services, including document discovery, the development of technically-focused interrogatories and requests for production of documents, and assistance with the taking of both fact and expert witness depositions.  Mr. Celeste has assisted counsel in deposition preparation by identifying relevant deposition documents, developing deposition strategy and questions, and attending depositions, wherein he has provided counsel with support and follow-up questions during the course of given depositions.  He is proficient in various network and computer software applications, including Windows XP and Office, Primavera Project Planner and Professional Project Management (P3 thru P6), Microsoft Project, SureTrak, and other database management software used in the preparation and analysis of claims, such as Access, InfoDox, Summation and Concordance.  Brian graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey and a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.  He is a Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), by AACE International
