Program and Analysis Support

Barba Consulting specializes in providing comprehensive Program Management Services that enable our clients to more effectively manage risk and uncertainty throughout all phases of the construction process. In addition, Barba is recognized internationally for its abilities in developing, implementing, and analyzing Critical Path Method Scheduling for various situations for making managerial, technical, strategic, or tactical decisions.  We have effectively used critical path method (CPM) scheduling techniques in managing projects and analyzing delays; the evaluation of the impact of changes and delays on project performance; and providing claims analysis, litigation support, and expert witness services.

Barba Consulting has provided these services across a broad range of projects including: U.S. Embassies, commercial and institutional projects (hotels, hospitals, schools, command headquarters); transportation projects (highways, bridges, ships, railroads, light rail systems and airports); industrial projects (chemical and petrochemical plants); environmental projects (water, wastewater and hazardous waste), power facilities (fossil, nuclear and hydroelectric), and manufacturing facilities (high-speed trains).
